Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 30 minutes.

Australian orders are usually shipped the next day.

International Orders

To keep shipping costs down international orders are sent via our printer who will print them on demand. I usually submit orders to the printer every morning and night (and through the day if I’m procrastinating). Orders containing both standard, color, or hardcover books will most likely be delivered in separate shipments. You will receive an email saying your order is complete when final package ships. If you need tracking information for other parcels please contact me and I’ll sort it out asap.

We do not ship to the following countries. The Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe

International Shipping Times

We are at the mercy of the printer when it comes to international shipping times. During peak season (especially Thanksgiving – New Years) delays can occur. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to speed up shipping during this time.

Standard Books – usually ship within 3 business days.
Color Books – usually ship within 5-7 business days.
Hardcover Books – usually ship within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping Partners

Shipping partners are at the discretion of the printer. Books are usually shipped via USPS in the US. Canadian orders are usually delivered by Purolator.

International Shipping Costs

Because the printer ships so many books their postage is very reasonable. US Shipping is free for all orders over US$35. If you live in a part of the world for which I have not provided shipping information in the cart please contact me. You’ll be pleasantly surprised what we can do.

Tracking

Shortly after I mark your order as complete you should receive an automated email from us letting you know your tracking number. You should also receive updates as your parcel makes its way to you. If you have any questions at any time please contact me.

Problems?

Since I don’t get to inspect international orders myself I need you to let me know if you encounter any problems. If you can send a picture/s of the problem and a photo of the last interior page which will contain a barcode and other printing information I will be able to sort it out for you.

DELIVERY EXPECTATION

Please note: ‘business’ or ‘working’ days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Books will be shipped either from Living Book Press or from our printing partner, depending on which will be cheaper and faster for you. Books should arrive within 10 working days, most likely sooner.

If you have items in your order with different shipping times, we will automatically consolidate and ship the order as one. We may also split the order into different shipments but you will not be charged any extra for shipping.

Please note, Living Book Press uses shipping partners for parcel delivery and therefore we rely on their processes and delivery times to your chosen destination once the parcel has left our/our printers warehouse. We cannot make any guarantees on our shipping partners behalf.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

To ensure that you receive you order in time for Christmas, we advise that you place your order before the 2nd of December. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for those orders placed after December 2nd.

Australia wide

  • New Books – Max shipping cost is $10.00 per order. Buy as many books as you want within the same order and we’ll ship them to anywhere in Australia for a maximum fee of $10.00!

International

  • Please contact us with the books you’d like and your address and we’ll sort a personalised postage quote for you. This allows us to keep postage costs to a minimum.
